For our client libraries, we do need to occasionally examine your service's configuration to keep the site secure and well-maintained, and to provide technical support upon request. We may examine aggregate data or logs for this purpose. For an example, we may periodically check to see how many callers use each of our services so that we can make sure every service has enough server and network capacity. But in that example, we'd only look at the total number of callers or calls -- not any individual caller or user information.
