How does it work?

  Sign up for Storytime Direct to reserve a local phone number in your area.

  Record your own custom welcome messages to be played before the Story of the Week.

  Patrons call your Library Dial-A-Story phone number to hear your welcome message followed by our Story of the Week.

  Download daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Stories are selected by our staff librarians from our Storytime Commons repository of high-quality children's stories.

Add a Storytime Direct Widget to your Website!

Add our "Now Playing!" widgets to your website to keep your patrons informed of the current stories in English or Spanish. Website visitors can listen to the current story online via the widget without calling your phone number and without using your monthly minutes.
